Returns
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
- Condition: It must be in the same condition as when you received it—unworn, unused, and free from damage.
- Packaging: The item must include its original packaging and any tags.
- Proof of Purchase: A receipt or other proof of purchase is required.
How to Start a Return
To begin the return process, please contact us at return@lazorda.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll provide a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how and where to send your package.
Note: Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
We ask that you carefully inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, please reach out to us immediately at return@lazorda.com so we can resolve the issue promptly.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for return, including:

- Gift cards

Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you about the approval status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method.
